I made a red dead redemption 2 review back in 2021 and when i reviewed red dead 2 i was a bit burnt out on open world stuff so i thought its been a year since i last reviewed Red Dead Redemption 2 and after my mediocre at best experience with Red Dead Online i thought it would be cool to go back to the legendary Red Dead Redemption 2. Click here: 🤍 Red Dead Redemption 2 PC has been the top of our wishlist ever since it released on consoles. Now that Red Dead 2 PC is a reality, we can finally offer our thoughts. Well, once we managed to get past the launcher crashes. Yes, RDR2 PC has not had the smoothest of launches - Matthew has been able to play it without any problems, but there are plenty of people now reporting stutters and crashes. This Red Dead Redemption 2 PC review reflects our trouble-free playtime, but it’s important to know that the game has been unstable for many. It’s such a shame as Red Dead Redemption 2 graphics are stunning. Are you are watching out Red Dead Redemption 2 PC gameplay and wondering what our specs and settings are? This was recorded at 1440p with an RTX 2080, an AMD Ryzen 7 1800X and 16GB RAM. I absolutely loved the game when I played it on Xbox One X last year, but acknowledge that it still has limitations that will put many people off. Hopefully you find this RDR2 PC review format useful, but appreciate if you are looking for deeper Red Dead Redemption 2 PC analysis. Again, I know Digital Foundry are working on a more specific tech deep dive and will link to that when it is live. For this video, however, I explain why I think it’s mostly good (amazing, even), sometimes bad, but never ugly. Red Dead Redemption's PC port isn't perfect, but it's playable now. To call it not only one of the best games this generation, but simply one of the greatest games ever made, wouldn’t be an exaggeration in the slightest. It demonstrates how to tell an engrossing, tightly written, and masterfully paced story in a rich, dense, and unbelievably immersive world, and paves the way for other games in the future to follow suit. It blends gameplay, story, and all its other aspects with a single minded drive to create an experience with a startling sense of purpose and identity. Red Dead Redemption 2 Is An Absolute Nightmare - This Is Why This week I jump into bed with Rockstar and review Red Dead Redemption 2 on the PS4 Pro, and I gotta say, it’s an absolute nightmare. Really though I think from watching this you can tell I like Red Dead Redemption 2, I am just focusing on the negative aspects to question the many reviews saying Red Dead Redemption 2 is a perfect game. It just seems worse than it is in this video because of my ranty “this is why it’s an absolute nightmare” style. I played Red Dead Redemption for the first time in 2022 and I absolutely loved it! I basically bought an Xbox One X just to play the game in 4k and I was not disappointed. I had a great time playing Red Dead Redemption in 2022 and I definitely recommend it to any who haven't tried it yet especially if you loved Red Dead Redemption 2 like me! Vorige week was het moment voor PC-gamers eindelijk daar: Red Dead Redemption 2 is sinds vrijdag speelbaar op PC. De reviews van de console-versie van de game waren gemengd, en de PC-versie van de game zal niet veel anders zijn. Koos en Jelle gaan je alles vertellen over hun bevindingen. De launch ging niet helemaal vlekkeloos Over understatements gesproken. Er waren behoorlijk veel problemen. Zoveel zelfs dat je er een aardige waslijst van kan maken. Sommige spelers worden geplaagd door FPS-drops, bij sommigen bevriest de CPU-spike en stottert het beeld of wordt een grafische kaart niet herkent. Dan heb je nog gamers waarbij de game vastloopt of waarbij de gebruikers interface niet doet wat hij zou moeten doen. Er zijn zelfs mensen die niet eens in staat zijn om het spel op te starten. Dat zijn nou niet bepaald dingen die Rockstar graag zal willen lezen. Inmiddels is er een patch verschenen en zijn er flink wat problemen verholpen. Althans, de meeste. Want problemen zijn er nog steeds. De game is verder natuurlijk nagenoeg hetzelfde als op de console, maar de laadtijden van de game zijn wel sneller geworden. Wat heet: ze zijn maar liefs twee keer zo snel geworden. Nu al veel mods beschikbaar voor Red Dead Redemption 2 Het is ten slotte PC, wat betekent dat de mogelijk voor mods daar is. Net zoals bij GTA gaat de community ook bij Red Dead Redemption 2 weer helemaal los. We hebben mensen al als een leeuw rond zien lopen en er is veel vraag naar mods die ervoor zorgen dat je cutscenes en de eerste twee hoofdstukken kan skippen. Speciaal voor alle mensen die de game op PS4 of Xbox One al gespeeld hebben, ongeduldig zijn of geen reet geven om het verhaal van de game. En ga er maar vanuit dat er de komende tijd nog genoeg mods bij gaat komen. Mogelijkheden te over namelijk. Maar daarvoor moet de game het natuurlijk wel goed doen. Of dat na een week inmiddels ook het geval is, dat gaan Koos en Jelle je vertellen in dit item.
