Welcome back to our Maldives series! In our second vlog, we embark on an unforgettable journey to the picturesque island of Ukulhas. After a scenic speed boat ride from Jetty Male airport, which took around 1.5-2 hours, we arrived at our cozy haven, Ostrov Villa. With excitement in the air, we wasted no time and set off to explore Ukulhas on foot. Our first stop was the pristine beach, where the soft sand and turquoise waters beckoned us to unwind and soak up the island's natural beauty. We captured breathtaking shots of the sparkling ocean, leaving you yearning for a tropical escape. Continuing our adventure, we made our way to Ocula Tropical Beach Bar, a vibrant spot that radiated a laid-back vibe. Here, we indulged in some relaxation, sipping refreshing drinks and basking in the island's serene ambiance. It was the perfect spot to take in the island's charm and recharge our spirits. Next up, we hopped on a fisherman's boat for a delightful lunch buffet. The flavors of the freshly caught seafood delighted our taste buds, immersing us in the authentic culinary delights of Maldives. With our appetites satisfied, we headed to Murakabay, a renowned scuba diving spot. Equipped with our gear, we descended into the deep blue waters, marveling at the mesmerizing marine life that surrounded us. For 45 thrilling minutes, we explored the vibrant coral reefs and encountered an array of exotic sea creatures. The underwater world of Maldives never fails to leave us in awe. As the sun began to set, we were graced with a magical moment, meeting an artist named Hussain. We shared stories and marveled at his talent, capturing the essence of Maldivian art in our memories. To add a touch of adventure to our day, we boarded a small boat at night to reach a yacht where a delightful dinner awaited us. Surrounded by the vastness of the ocean, we relished every bite while being embraced by the serenity of the starlit sky. Back on the island, we gathered at Ocula Tropical Beach Bar, singing our hearts out with karaoke, creating unforgettable memories and laughter that echoed through the night. This marked the end of our incredible day trip to Ukulhas Island, bringing the second vlog of our Maldives series to a close. Manta Rays - are large rays belonging to the genus Mobula. The larger species reaches 7 m in width, while the smaller reaches 5.5 m. Both have triangular pectoral fins, horn-shaped cephalic fins, and large, forward-facing mouths. Manta rays are friendly. They may approach you and often allow you to get reasonably close to them (which is why snorkeling with manta rays is such a breathtaking experience). But because they allow you to get close to them does not mean you should touch them. There is only 1 downside: the place is so hot that it also turns into a sauna more than a gym. You can see my struggle there with the heat. Ukulhas, Maldives is blessed by having an amazing Lemon Shark, Nurse Shark, Eagle Ray, Sting Ray and Turtle Point a harbor Jetty – one of the few remaining places in the world where you can still see these magnificent creatures. Ukulhas north harbor Shark View Point is one of the few places in North Ari Atoll to see the famous Lemon Shark, named for its unusual and bright yellow or brown pigmentation and color. You can watch these beautiful lemon colored sharks almost every day between 12:00 and 18:00 at the western end of Ukulhas. If you don't want to get wet, you can enjoy sightings from the northern jetty at Ukulhas.

Our scariest ride ever from Malé (Maldives) to island of Ukulhas on a stormy afternoon. After few hours of delay because of bad weather, we departed, but... After some time everybody on this speedboat were vomit... Many time we thaught this is it...we are going to die... waves are so high later in the dark :-( Bad bad bad experience, but, on the end....we have arrived to Ukulhas horray :-) All credits for Coral Cruiser for being prepared for everything in this case: wipes, disposable vomit bags.
